Good neighbors making a difference
We Do the Right Thing
At Motiva, we are dedicated to making a difference by building a culture of service and being a good neighbor in the communities where we operate. We provide our employees with the opportunity to bring our values to action through our three corporate citizenship pillars: education and training; health, safety, and environmental stewardship; and community development and outreach.
Each of these pillars allows Motiva to form meaningful relationships with the communities in which we operate, helping us to amplify our local impact and contribute to a brighter, more sustainable future for all. By aligning our corporate citizenship efforts with our business objectives, we ensure that our contributions are strategic, impactful, and reflective of our commitment to being a force for good.
