LEAD: Learn, Engage, Accelerate, and Develop

Motiva's leadership development program – Learn, Engage, Accelerate, and Develop (LEAD) – develops leaders through four development tracks. Spanning several years, these tracks are based on Motiva’s strategy and the enabling leadership competencies that help drive it.

Leaders are invited to participate in a track based on their role, years of experience, and development needs. Each track offers a combination of instructor-led training, on-the-job business application exercises, mentoring, and assessments.

Motiva’s mentorship program is designed to help our employees expand their networking opportunities, develop their professional skills, and collaborate with employees across different departments.
