LEAD: Learn, Engage, Accelerate, and Develop
Motiva's leadership development program – Learn, Engage, Accelerate, and Develop (LEAD) – develops leaders through four development tracks. Spanning several years, these tracks are based on Motiva’s strategy and the enabling leadership competencies that help drive it.
Leaders are invited to participate in a track based on their role, years of experience, and development needs. Each track offers a combination of instructor-led training, on-the-job business application exercises, mentoring, and assessments.
Early Career Development Program
Motiva recognizes the importance of providing professional development opportunities for employees in the first years of their career and fostering a culture of continuous development. Our three-year Early Career Development Program enhances the skillsets of early career professionals and builds upon core competencies through peer-to-peer collaboration, leadership networking, trainings, community engagements, and more.
Motiva Mentorship Program
At Motiva, we understand the role mentorship can play in helping our employees achieve their goals. Motiva’s mentorship program is designed to help our employees expand their networking opportunities, develop their professional skills, and collaborate with employees across different departments. Mentoring options include one-on-one mentoring, small peer pods, and large circle discussion groups.
