Kimberly Green was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Motiva in September 2020. With over 24 years of experience providing legal support to Human Resources, Kimberly is an energetic and innovative leader who brings a unique perspective to the group. She has a deep understanding of the organization and the strategic role it plays in the business.

Prior to serving as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Kimberly served as Motiva's Associate General Counsel, overseeing the attorneys who provide corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal support to the company. She also served as the Secretary and General Counsel of Motiva Trading LLC and as counsel to the Employee Benefits and Investment Committees.

Kimberly was instrumental in establishing the company's current Human Resources organization and employee benefit plans and has been involved in several of the company's largest initiatives and transactions. She was the lead attorney handling Motiva's separation from Shell in 2017 and played a key role in its 2019 acquisition of a chemicals business. She also supported the negotiations of the licensing agreement allowing Motiva to produce 76® brand gasoline and led the foundational initiative team for building Saudi Aramco's global legal organization.

Before joining Motiva, Kimberly spent four years in private practice and a combined 15 years at Shell and Pennzoil-Quaker State, which was acquired by Shell in 2002. She specialized in labor, employment, and employee benefits law. She expanded her scope to support Shell's downstream commercial business, serving as Vice President of Legal for Jiffy Lube International, a Shell subsidiary.

Kimberly holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Baylor University and Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Houston. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas General Counsel Forum, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
