Motiva and GetUpside form strategic partnership with GasBuddy, the leading source for real-time fuel prices at more than 150,000 gas stations in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Through the partnership, consumers can claim GetUpside personalized cash back offers directly in the GasBuddy app, earning as much as 25 cents/gallon cash back on their fuel purchase. The benefit for gas station owners participating in the GetUpside program is measurable and proven incremental gallons from GasBuddy app users.

Motiva Enterprises LLC announces the formation of Juniper Ventures of Texas LLC – a new joint venture with Midtex Oil LP, one of central Texas’ foremost petroleum distributors and convenience store operators.

Motiva and GetUpside launch the GetUpside Program into the Texas market. The GetUpside app gives more than 15.5 million licensed drivers in Texas access to exclusive low fuel prices not displayed on gas stations signs.

Motiva has expanded the 76® brand into Florida, making it the 10th state to have 76® gas supplied by Motiva. As part of its initial launch of the 76® brand into Florida, Motiva executed wholesale distribution and marketing agreements with First Coast Energy and KARS Petro Distributors to supply 76® branded fuel to their retail sites.

Motiva and GetUpside launched a new nationwide advertising campaign with iHeartRadio. With more than 385 million iHeartRadio and broadcast listeners, this newest marketing campaign, featuring DJ endorsements, programmatic radio and sponsorship of the Total Traffic & Weather Network and news updates, will introduce the GetUpside app to a significantly larger consumer audience than standard radio ads.

With the addition of 26 Motiva wholesalers in seven states and Washington DC, the GetUpside Program continues to outpace expectations. The program is growing at a rate of more than 30 percent month to month, delivering substantial incremental gallons to Motiva’s wholesalers.

Motiva has entered the northeastern U.S. market through a supply agreement with Global Partners, a midstream logistics and marketing company that owns, controls or has access to one of the largest terminal networks of petroleum products and renewable fuels in the northeast.

Motiva Enterprises LLC signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with TechnipFMC and Honeywell UOP, respectively, to study potential petrochemical projects utilizing each companies’ technology. If executed, the projects represent multi-billion-dollar investments in the U.S.
